Phil managed a services organization of over 1K employees across the US, Canada, and India. In addition to partnering closely with C-level clients, he led the expansion of his organization through four acquisitions and the merger of two practices to operate under one umbrella.
Phil delivered projects for many Fortune 500 companies including contact center technology implementations, ordering and billing systems integrations, and a variety of management consulting led programs.
