Chad has spent his career on the front lines of applying new technology to help enterprises drive meaningful business change.
He started at PwC in the mid-1990s, guiding companies through SAP implementation—the defining packaged software work of the era—before moving into middleware sales at BEA Systems and Oracle. He spent the next eight years at Google, where he led strategic enterprise sales for Google Cloud across the Midwest as cloud moved from early adoption to enterprise default.
Chad went on to serve as Chief Revenue/Sales Officer at Degreed, Physna, and Humu, building go-to-market functions from the ground up at venture-backed companies working at the edge of learning, AI, and behavioral science.
