Pankaj has spent his career building and running the global delivery operations that turn enterprise technology investments into measurable business results.
He started in software engineering and quality assurance in India in 1999, then moved into operational leadership at Aon Hewitt and Xerox Services, where he set up Xerox India’s Ediscovery Services operations from scratch and scaled them into a 300-person organization managing a $60M P&L.
He went on to lead Conduent’s India operations as a Divisional Vice President before joining Maven Wave in 2017 as Executive Vice President, taking over the firm’s India delivery operations. After Maven Wave’s acquisition by Atos in 2020, he began overseeing global delivery centers across 22 countries, leading the integration of acquired delivery centers, scaling the operation to more than 1,500 people, and serving as Atos’ Global Google Practice Leader.
Today Pankaj leads Revel Labs’ Global Delivery Center.
